Refund policy

At Luxamiri, every unit is carefully inspected before dispatch. Because our products are intimate, wearable items, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

We will only assist where:

  • We shipped the wrong item (style, length, or color) and
  • Your originally ordered item is sold out and cannot be replaced.

If the original item is available, we will replace the incorrect item. If it is sold out, we will refund you for the incorrect item.

How to report an issue (48-hour window)

Please inspect your order on delivery. If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Include: order number, a brief description, and clear photos/video of the unopened packaging and the item.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return eligibility (for wrong-item or approved defect only)

For a return to be accepted, the unit must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unaltered (lace uncut, no plucking/cutting/colouring)
  • Free of products/odours (no gels, sprays, perfume, smoke, or oils)
  • With all tags/packaging and the protective hairnet intact

Approved returns must be shipped to:

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return label and instructions. We cover return shipping only when the error is on our side (wrong item or verified defect). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals once opened/unsealed
  • Custom or altered items (cut, coloured, styled)
  • Hair care products that are opened
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Accessories (wig caps, brushes, etc.) once opened

Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for preference. If we shipped the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct one. If the correct item is unavailable/sold out, we will refund you.

 

 

 

Refunds (when applicable)

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please email amanda@luxamiri.com
