Processing Time

All orders require up to 5 business days for processing and quality checks before dispatch.

During busy seasons or product launches, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it moves through our logistics partners for shipping and local delivery.

Estimated delivery timeline (after payment confirmation):

  • Processing: up to 5 business days
  • Transit & handling: approximately 3 business days
  • Final local delivery: 1 business day for dispatch + up to 48 hours for courier delivery

Total estimated timeframe: around 9–11 business days from the date of payment.

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking updates via email or SMS as your order moves through each stage.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking link for it to activate.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated where applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once your parcel is in transit, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Delays or loss due to incorrect addresses are not covered by Luxamiri.

Delivery Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly and email us so we can assist where possible.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need assistance, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.
